Sealing Performance of a packing is greatly influenced by the method of assembling a Cylinder. 1.Eliminate Foreign materials from the internal face of the cylinder tube and interior of pipes. 2.When Using Packing from the Storage, do not use those that have foreign materials such as dust, sand etc 3.Apply Hydraulic oil to the packing, gland, rod surface and internal face of the cylinder, then assemble the cylinder. 4.Put the protective cover over the lip of the packing so that it does not directly contact the "thread" and steps.
